In a July celebration to benefit our non-profit affiliate WAGES, Lili and Anahi gave moving testimony about the economic security gained through the worker-owner cooperative model.  In addition to providing eco-friendly house cleaning services to our clients, Lili, Anahi and other Natural Home Cleaning members benefit from educational opportunities including financial management and public speaking training.  New skills allow co-op members to make a valuable contribution to our house cleaning service and social mission while gaining tools to grow in their personal lives.

We are often asked, “Can you really clean my oven eco-friendly?”  Yes we can!  Here’s how:  For oven cleaning, baking soda is a healthy and effective cleaning choice.   Create a paste of baking soda, water and a few drops of dish detergent.  Remove any loose debris, or anything that comes up with a metal spatula first, then apply the baking soda paste to the oven interior and let it sit for several minutes.  Follow with a good scrub using a scouring pad or brush.
