We have been using NHC for about 2 years now, and we have been overall pleased with their service. I really like the fact that they are worker-owned, and with that, not really much more expensive than other places. The eco-cleaning is definitely a plus, and the house doesn’t smell like chemicals when they are done. The women are very friendly (yes it is true, their English skills are limited), and we usually see the same two or three. They do have a tendency to run late at times, but the office is pretty diligent in calling when that happens. In summary, I would recommend them.

I used this company after I found them on yelp and saw the positive reviews. I needed a one time cleaning when I was moving out of an apartment and they did not disappoint. They were on time, pleasant, and did a great job cleaning the fairly messy apartment. I learned of Natural Home Cleaning through a neighbor using the service, and I was interested in finding a “green” cleaner because I’ve been learning about the toxic chemicals in many modern cleaning products, and their potential hazards for our family, our cat, and the workers, not to mention the planet. I didn’t have previous experience using professional home cleaners except when moving, so I was a little bit uncertain about what I’d get when Natural Home Cleaners sent a team over. They were very helpful, walking me through the process, on time, and very efficient, cleaning deeper than I would have in less time than it would have taken me. It makes it much easier to maintain the place myself, getting the occasional deep-clean refresh with their professional help.
