"We've been using them for over six months now. We only have a one bedroom apt., and they send two people that come every other week and take about and hour and a half to clean. They try to keep the same two individuals each time, so you feel comfortable about any special instructions being abided by. They seem careful (haven't broken anything yet), meticulous (esp. in the kitchen - never seen someone take care of the stove so well), and friendly.
